  • I recall seeing Millie at the Brooklyn Fox Theater in 64 or 65. I think the Dixie Cups were there that day.

    She had a great stage presence and an adorable childlike smile.

  • None of the above is true. Millie is still alive and living in London. Not banned from Jamaica. Millie had several local (Jamaican) hits and at least 3 in UK charts. Recorded around 5 albums. Currently recording new album apparently.
