i just ended up buying a p7p55d-e pro so i get both features stock now. works well with a 64mb cache sata 3 WD caviar black hd.

How much faster in the real world is SATA III to SATA II? I know it's supposed to have twice the transfer rate, but in the real world, do you notice a significant improvement?
