    yeah, kind of ArcheAge heavily focuses on it's trading system so having house is very convenient since u can teleport to it to get to your farm faster. You can also add things in your house like a mailbox so u don't have to go far to collect mail or add crafting tables so you can craft the higher tier end game gear that's not normally available in shops
