If a cop see a driver doing this, he will give him a ticket. Did the cop wrote one to hinself ?
I know rhe answer and it is just to show you that cops are only good to protect themselves and give tickets to the population.
A law for the citizen and a law for the police.

It was in the Charlottesville paper Sept.01,2011.... this is still in court and the cop is not off free yet BUT if it was me I would have been in jail the same day in happened

the cop was texting. so, while all of us submitizens would absolutely have the book thrown at us for this texting guffaw, not only does the cop go scot free, but the victim actually was issued a ticket in 2007 when this happened. are Americans finally ready to admit that cops are completely above the law and out of control?

drama, you dont want no drama...these stumps my bloody bloody stumps...check it out. maybe the cop didnt see him, it was pretty light out and its not easy to see a black man, in a black coat, in a black wheel chair and crossing the street at noon. there at the end i thought he was going to take a second run at the poor guy. Wheres BLANK MAN when you need him! lol

from looking at the video it seems like the guy was crossing with the light and the officer was making a left turn and last I heard the pedestrians have the right of way at all times..
