WTH? Are people nuts? You can clearly, obviously see the huge plasma discharge everywhere. Yet people continue driving in and out of that place, right by where a high tension line is shorted. Just let that electric cable melt a little, break loose, come down and start arcing on your car as you drive beneath it. PEOPLE ARE ABSOLUTELY STUPID!
