This video describes how our water regulation inspectors go round businesses throughout Yorkshire enforcing water supply and water fittings regulations.
each point of use needs to be risk assessed accordingly and to say that a dishwasher in an industrial environment would need an rpz valve is very very unlikely.a dishwasher only needs to be upscaled in relation to risk5 if it is found to be in a care home....very worrying from this water undertaker.
surprising but this video does not give acurate information in regads to carying out a water regualtions inspection.the sink area also requires a plug and the flow rates need to be 12 lts per min on a 15mm supply if on anew build. The dishwasher needs a double check valve at point of use regardless of what type of environment it is in due to the risks associated with such a machine.the water cooler requires a single check valve and length of pipe is not an issue to the water undertaker.
