Vaccine court was set up to stop frivolous law suits, like the legal protection that congress set up to protect firearms manufacturers.

If all this nonsense about vaccines were true, why arent' there more toxicologists coming out against them??? That's their field of expertise after all.

@hoppinglark ...Are you serious? It's not so frivolous when its your child damaged from those vaccines.

Also, Comparing firearm manufacturers to vaccine companies is ridiculous. Firearm manufactures are not actively promising you safety and then injecting your azz with toxic chemicals.

Furthermore, when people are making money from something they are less likely to speak up...the vaccine companies pay off EVERYONE and there are plenty of toxicologists who have came out against vaccines.

@Robbob9933...Autism is a newly "created" phenomenon. They had drug and alcohol abuse back in the 60's but NO autism? Now ask yourself, what has quadrupled in the last 20 or so years? The amount of vaccines children are given. Show me a child who has autism but never received a vaccine. The Amish have NO cases of autism because they do not vaccinate (poison) their children.

@Igot1thatcansee The most common injuries are being infected with the disease the vaccine is supposed to help prevent. The other major injury is anaphylaxis (sever shock due to allergic reaction). There are cases where a child develops polio after receiving the vaccine and these get compensated. Some kids have gone into anaphylaxis just from getting stuck with the needle.

@Igot1thatcansee There have bee absolutely ZERO dollars paid for autism from this special court for vaccine related injuried. Out of the nealy 1000 one was paid for autistic like symtoms following brain swelling several months after a crap load of shots. Further tests after payment determined that a genetic defect was the cause of the swelling. In March of 2010 teh US Court of Appeals ruled that Thimerosal does not cause autism. This was due to the overwealming scientific evidence.

@Igot1thatcansee The current push is to lable any child with any level of shyness as autistic. Another push is to reclassify most levels of mental retardation as autistic. Basicly, any child that is not boysterous, gregarious, and out going are going to be labled autistic and thos that are are going to be labled ADHD. You see, schools get loads of money from the federal government when children have these diagnosis.

@Igot1thatcansee Follow the arguement. The claim was that there was NO autism among the Amish. Any autism in the Amish communities completely refutes that claim. Additionally, if the Amish do not get their children vaccinated, that is a claim that I do not make, then any autism in the Amish communities completely disproves the claim that Thimerosal is THE cause of Autism. The only cause for the rise in autism rates is the increasingly wide definition.
