Thanks for the information.
In situations, if iPhone is stolen or lost. My understanding, iPhone is tracked only if your data roaming mode is "ON". If you choose data roaming "OFF", it's impossible to track iPhone. If you really want to avoid data roaming charges at times visiting other countries, inform AT&T to temporarily disable data roaming for your phone line.

i'm turning off data roaming and turn on cellular data plus 3g but it doesn't show me the 3g next to my carrier(up left corner) any tips for that?

Nice tip, too bad Ill never get an iPhone. I need my data and a 2GB cap is just plain retarted.

@SRSwitchBL4D3 Note that even if you have an unlimited data plan, you will still be charged for data in other countries where your AT&T contract doesn't apply.
