Unknown object filmed from window MARCH 30,2009

Let me start by mentioning how cold it was the day this video was taken.(no insects in the cold that day). Video zoomed in approx:35 meters distance,out my window. Looking closely the object comes into view bottom/right,travels across then stops,then seems to flip (possibly round or oval shape?), travels upwards and stops again, flips,then fly's into the direction of the sun revealing itself again as round or oval. Although in real time, and at first glance it seems insect-like...when the video is slowed down...well,I don't think insects behave in this manner, and certainly don't stop in mid air on a cold windy,wintery day...
Let me know what you think as lately I've been randomly setting up the camera, leaving it on while go out to film. I'm new to the whole video taping thing, just thought it might be of some interest...Thanks for watching.
