Jin-Shaa Machines is now introducing a new concept of tapping machines ,namely the
Electric Bent Arm Tapping Machine. These machines are compact light weight, and
have a massive reach . Model shown in above photo has a horizontal radial reach of
1250 mm in 360 degress, and a vertical reach of 600 mm from mounting face.
These machines come readily supplied with Taco make double speed reversible tapping
attachments, so there is no need for operator to reverse motor for tap extraction after
tapping.
For tapping machine is pressed downward on completion on tapping just lift motor which
is aided by springs tap starts to return at double speed. After coming out of tapping hole
tap again changes direction to forward automatically.
These machines provide a cost effective solution to costly tapping operation on VMC
where by Tapping operation is done on this machine thereby saving costly VMC machine
hour rate. Also operator idle time during VMC operation is utilized. Technical Specification Tapping Capacity: Model 1) 5 mm to 12 mm steel / Cast iron. Model 2) 5 to 16 mm in steel Cast Iron Motor Rating : 1250 watts single phase
