Newton North High School, 1973-2010: A walkthrough

Before the old NNHS closed in June 2010, I videotaped a walkthrough from Lowell Ave to Main Street. Lots of good memories from this high school, which I attended in the mid-1980s.

Glad you enjoyed it, fsaronson. I too spent tons of time in Lasker (Stage Crew alum from the 1980s) and the friends I made there are still good pals. Fortunately, many videos of performances in Lasker still exist -- Google "Rocco" and a bunch should come up.

Im going there this septemeber. Finally a 9th grader, except im going into the new one they built. So fucking excicted.

Thanks so much for this. I was supposed to go there for the final farewell in July, but got waylaid by a show I was hired to do. My only regret is that you didn't get Lasker Auditorium. I spent many hours there before it was Lasker Auditorium! You did get the small theater where I did several shows, though. Farewell NNHS...
