Learn to play dueling banjos from the movie deliverance,

Here is a video wich I hope you can learn from. It is the banjo Theme of the famous movie " Deliverance". I learned it from a video of www.Banjoteacher.com I only learn from myselfe and video's beacause i can't read any notes. First I do it slowly without music, then I play along with the music. Hope it's usefull for you!

ps: this is my way of playing. almost everything is correct but some things are my style. it doesn't effect the play or what ever. if you do it like that, you can't hear a differance between this style and the original.

@topsy420 The answer is NO as by the uploaders response to you. Most of them are just showing off. If they really were REALLY uploading a video that you cold "Learn" from it would include some actual instructions, and not someone posting something that is more like, "Hey everyone, look what I can do! I sure suckered you in, didn't I? Haha! This is no training video!"

@AntonyTH Expect comments like this when you title something "Learn to play..." There is no learning here, just you showing what you can do. If you consider learning just listening to the song, just upload a clip of the song and not you playing it. Especially FAST - there is no learning from you.

I've been playing guitar most of my life so it was easy to pick up. I've almost mastered the song in a little under 3 weeks. I have a problem with the title of the video, It's misleading. Is it wrong for me to associate teaching with learning?

@topsy420 LOL this is a advanced song, i would recomend u getting a book called the banjo encyclopedia by Ross nickerson, some of his vids are on hear and that book will sort u out, but you have to wanna play the banjo to learn it, dont play it for the sake of it, you need to set your self time to learn ( A long time)

If I could learn it by watching someone play it at normal speed with no instruction or by ear then I would have it nailed. This is not teaching. Thats just you playing dueling banjos
