@mydarkerself oh yeah, also world wide welfare
to go with the world wide web.
wars and economy is undermined, everyone will feel less desperate, people would still be free to make money, it just becomes impossible to starve for lack of it.
With those things in place, humanity will take care of the rest.
now we have a clear target.
how do we get there? by the most rational means possible.
i leave that to you, but I recommend by making use of the principles of the 8 circuits (see RAWilson)

I am reading Jensen's work now...the only sane people on this planet are the ones who are willing to destroy civilization.

i would think that any sentient being should be thankful EVERY day.
...but how would you market that?
you are correct ...
we are an unsustainable civilization whose greed is destroying EVERYTHING AROUND us .. we are too blind to see.

hey loopholezz, thanks for the comment. agreed.
(i would even suppose that "unsustainable" and "civilization" are poetically interchangeable words.)

the words that came to my mind as I watched
beautiful sad tragic intense excellent amazing
but really speechless at how the beauty of life is tragically destroyed...we must insert a new way to think...a new way to be

we must. (one of the first things i read from jensen was a chapter having a great deal to do with the word 'unspeakable', and what events actually fall on this list.. how much is 'ignored'.. he then writes about R D laing's three rules (for those coping with abusive situations) "Rule A: Don't. Rule A1: Rule A doesn't exist. Rule A2: Do not discuss the existence or non-existence of Rules A, A1 or A2." (its all over the place!))
thanksb. ;)

nice.
the holidays really do need more honest, truthful names.

and i think if people learned enough to give it a more accurate name.. they would abandon this 'holiday' altogether and it wouldn't need a name.
thanks hooligan.
