Terrible video. Before you make an RPS instructional video, learn some basic facts about the sport. Firstly, they are "throws", not "casts". Secondly, Paper must be delivered horizontally so as to avoid confusion with Scissors. Thirdly, you didn't even include the fact that a referee will be present and what a ref's role is, or even how to foul. Fourthly, "cheer squads"? What a stupid concept.
For any new players, take no notice of this video, as it's all rubbish.
