This was, indeed, Maroon Peak despite my opening statement during the video - I corrected myself later-on - it must have been the lack of oxygen! Anyway, out of the 33 official (plus two "unofficial") Colorado 14ers that I've completed, so far, Maroon Peak is probably my favorite! There are a "ton" of classic class three moves, on the way up, and then a whole bunch of great class four and class five moves if you make your way over to North Maroon (the unofficial 14er of the two). And, of course, the area around Maroon Bells, and Aspen in general, is as pretty as it gets! It took about ten and half hours to complete both peaks - it was a lot of hard work but well worth it!
