  • I'd never listened to Dismemberment Plan until this video, I found a link to this video linked on a forum I post on. After watching this I'm instantly a fan, listening to "!" now :)

  • @JoelMatton Awesome! Be sure to check out "Emergency & I" and "The Dismemberment Plan is Terrified" they are also great albums!

  • Thank you so much for the vid! It was a really fun show and brought back a lot of good memories to see them in a DC sweatbox venue again. But at the same time, it made me a little sad, because the DC of the mid-90s is long, long gone (and the Bad Brains/Minor Threat days are even longer gone) and nostalgia is self-defeating....or maybe I'm just a really grumpy old dude. (see Ian Svenonius's interview with Ian MacKaye on Soft Focus) Anyway, great band, great show, great vid. THANKS!!!

  • @binkymagnus Thanks! I'm a big D-Plan fan(and from DC), and I thought people would appreciate what it is like being in the front row at one of their shows. I totally sympathize with your DC music scene nostalgia... those were some great times for local music!

  • @dotslinesandpolygons so is "change"!

  • lmao, these guys look so incredibly fun to watch

  • This is beautiful. What pure happiness. I've only been able to see them once, and it was at the P4K music festival in Chicago (I practically only went to see them haha). We couldn't get up on the stage though. So sad. It was an amazing show either way! I wish they would come down South, I live in Atlanta...one can dream. Maybe I'll just have to come up to DC sometime, haha.
