This little application will put your iPhone/iPod Touch into DFU Mode. You dont need to hold any buttons down or even touch the device.

FAQ
---

1.I get a error 1604 during restore?
Answer:You need to uninstall iTunes and Reinstall it.

If that didnt work

Go to Setings = General = Reset

This will wipe the touch and all media,settings,apps

If that didnt work or you cant access your ipod try button pushing method

Step 1. Turn off your iPhone.

Step 2. Hold down the power and home button.

Step 3. When you see the Apple logo, release the power button but continue holding the home button down.

Step 4. Open iTunes and wait for it to tell you that its in restore mode.

Alternative Method:


Step 1. Connect iphone to USB then listen to the sound when it connect and disconnect.

Step 2. Hold the home and power buttons until hear the disconnect sound then release power button.

Step 3. Wait until you hear another sound then release home button.

2.I see a error saying "e_failure" or "e_couldn't pair with iPhone"?
Answer:Try a nather USB port in your PC.Make sure cords are correctly inserted.

THIS SHIT WORKS! My iPhone needed to be downgraded but in order to get into DFU the normal way I'd have to hold my 'Home' button which is broken as all hell. This program saved me--the first time.

The 2nd time, I was trying install something from sinful and when I restarted the springboard as Cydia offered, I got the spinning wheel of death. I used this to kick in and kick out of DFU in order to restart my phone up, instead of having to restore everything. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!
