Traveling for the Moments: Why Do You Travel?

Created for Lonely Planet's "Less Than Three" competition, this film is part of my original inspiration to travel. I wanted to find out what it is that makes some people move and not others. Why do I want to travel and all my friends want stable jobs?

I set out to film this question, but then got sidetracked having a great time. So here is the footage, coupled with some classic travel moments that remind me why I travel: cultural exchange, understanding and general/lovely random-ness.

Well, my back got rubbed clean in a traditional Chinese procedure...takes all the skin off and purifies you!

As a longterm traveler, this video really resonates with me.  I can´t imagine anything else that I´d rather do that travel & it feels like more of a lifestyle now, as opposed to just a once in a lifetime trip. Excellent videos! I´m glad to have discovered your channel recently.
