What Comes Next - 48 Hour Film Project - 2009 - Dallas, TX

A man is warned about his future from a mysterious stranger.

This film was completed as part of the 48 Hour Film Project in Dallas, TX, on June 26-28, 2009. In this competition, teams of filmmakers randomly draw a genre from a hat and must write, shoot, and edit their film within 48 hours. Each team must also incorporate the same 3 elements somewhere in their movie (a character, a prop, and a line of dialogue).

The genre that our team drew was "Surprise Ending." The elements that every team had to incorporate into their film are as follows:

Character: Peter or Penny Knoll, Wheeler Dealer
Prop: Weed Whacker
Line of Dialogue: "You're not making any sense."

This is the 48 Hour Film Project cut. Although unfinished, this version was screened for the event. Unfortunately, our film was turned in late and was not eligible for competition.
