Kerry Lugar bill is the latest such bill where US has promised Pakistan money with conditions. Pakistan is at 9th number in the failed state index for the year 2009. @shery1947: Pakistan has been labelled as an International migrane by ex US Secretary of State and as the most dangerous nation by Times Magazine. Pakistan's AQ Khan was caught selling nuclear secrets in the black market. London, Madrid bombing and Mumbai attacks had clear Pakistani connection.

If Pakistan can stop exporting terror to other parts of the world, it is clearly great news for all of us. We, Indians will be more happier as we will have a stable neighbour. Good Luck!

You can just listen to what the famous Pakistani Journalist Najam Sethi and others are talking about Pakistan's state of affairs.
