in the portion where you say 12 +(-8) = 4 how did it convert into a postive 4 ? im sorry thats i guess where i have issues is where the negatives come into play i understand now that when i see two negatives it = a positive but when i see or subract or add a negative and a positive i have issues it throws me off .. can u please explain or do you have a video for it ?

I was working on a problem for what seemed like forever. I thought I was doing it right, but when I kept getting the wrong answer I felt really frustrated. Now after watching this I realized I was totally overlooking it. Fail :)
