Google (owns YouTube) leased "binoculars" building that once housed TBWA/Chiat Day as I worked on this campaign with them at sister public relations company, Porter Novelli. Ad agencies buy space on various mediums when PR firms create buzz around a product or brand. I remember hearing Nissan & Infiniti relocated to Chicago, IL as did several large companies, maybe more diverse talent pool or like Texas was a decade ago lower cost office space, not politics, as some may believe.
