SSF4 AE 2012: Rufus Option Select with EX Galactic Tornado

Rufus can do a crouching Low Kick (crouching Short) with an option select into EX Galactic Tornado. The thing with this option select is, since in AE 2012, Rufus' EX Galactic Tornado leaves you at a +8 when FADC'd, you can dash forwar and do his chain combo of St.Lk~HK, an you can connect the ultra afterwards. this lands everywhere on the screen. if you are close to the corner and you want to go for heavy damage, you can go for a St.HP into HP galactic Tornado, into ultra after the FADC.

Exceptions to this option select (characters to whom this option select does not work) are the following:
- Balrog (Boxer)
- Vega (Claw)
- Adon
- Rose
- Chun-li
- El Fuerte
- Cammy
