Smoking is Cool Commercial

Yesterday I posted the "making smoking is cool commercial" and even though it was edited in 1280x720 (PAL) in fcp it still came out in youtube with those cropped edges ... so now I am uploading it again with the following edits:
1) I resized it to youtube's recommended 1290 x 720 (which required a custom size)
2) I compressed it with the H264 codec at 1025 kbits/sec which resulted in an original 29.8mb file size for a 90 second video. Note: I would like better quality videos but I am not even sure if i can upload this 29.8mb file!! internet still is not good here ...
3) the commercial now plays twice ... first with english subtitles at bottom the second time with no subtitles..
