  • I know this might sound a little racist but it always makes me happy seeming someone other than a white guy out hunting. Very rarely do I see any other race out in the woods and that makes me kinda sad. I know it sounds bad but just being honest.

  • @irishmo87 ...no offense taken my friend...I agree with you. Its for everyone if they just put the time in to enjoy the outdoors. Be safe and keep hunting!

  • lol, don't climb dead trees!!! i bet that probably happens pretty often. good tip with the natural cover scent.

  • @fracwilt ...LOL yeah man I'm sure it has happened...guys want to go up that perfect positioned tree and little do they know its infested with termites. That second tree that fell in my trail was exactly that inside. Thanks for watching!

  • Great video BBuck! keep em com'n

  • @standslanted Thanks alot! I will be working on getting some live hunting footage this season, hope it doesnt cost me a deer...my hat is off those those that do it by themselves. Thanks for watching!

  • BB - nice video, and great idea on the scent cover Idea. Ill try that. very cool. and yes, Irishmo87..great comment and you are right, its great to see everyone out there - especially when BB's grandad just passed down some great tips for all. Hunting is a pretty special for a lot of families - thanks again BB

  • good advice.

  • HEY BB, Invitation is open for you out here in UT, Take a look at google map's green river Just east of Vernal UT.

You are so lucky to have a granddad to teach you ! That is a great tip for scent concealment . If you Facebook I will send ya a PM so you can join me,.

Make sure to tell your grand dad Brook's that he taught you well. He ought to be proud !!

And for all you other watchers, This is the way to respect the animal scouting = clean shooting lanes and clean kill. IMHO

    Another great video

  • Thanks so much for the tips BB, hun.

This fall, I'm going on my very first Deer Hunt with my boyfriend, so excited.

He's probably only going to be able to get a tag for 1 though, so I'm happy to leave the shooting up to him, since I don't have that experience.

I'm a rather odd girl though, mostly my job will be, sit still, shut up, then when it's down, gut it, then when it's at the house I get to butcher :D

    Like I said, Odd Lol

Thanks again for the extra infos!!! Good luck this year!

  • man the cover scent tip is genius. curious why you add baking soda to it?

awesome video - best of luck!

  • If you get ceder shavings. Like the ones that you put in pet pens. And boil it it makes a good cover scent too! I haven't tried it buck I am going to
