RE4 Best Shotgun Competition (2) Riot Gun: The 1st Round

The Best Shotgun Competition: the first round is Castle Entry (Chapter 3-1), and 3 shotguns (Shotgun, Riot Gun, Striker) will compete to get higher points before entering the castle.

Part 2 is the Riot Gun (exclusive).

The performance is very similar to the Shotgun (with the long-range firing power) and easier handling. But the problem is, 'value'. It costs staggering 415,000 ptas to upgrade to Exclusive (10.0 fire power)!

Since you get the Shotgun for free and costs less to upgrade, is it really worth spending so much on the Riot Gun or is it better to stick with the original Shotgun? Well, I'm hoping to find out through the competition!

i sold my riot gun and bought the striker now im on part 5-2 almost near to saddler :D

The riot gun is just a better handling version of the other shotgun, with minor improvements bumping up the firepower. With the regular shotgun exclusive though, it matches the riot gun.

It's maneuverability plus can make the difference, but you dont find a free one, and it's expensive on top of that. And it's upgrades come way later on.

The "Better" weapon of the two is the Riot gun.

But the Regular shotgun matches it.

i upgraded the Riot one to the full on normal play, and i made a conclusion i wasted the money cuz at its maximum power it was 2.0 LESS than the Striker :S that's shit, when the Striker gets 100 bullets.

oh and at my first pro round i had a big lack of ammo freaky moment during the garden part so i had to sell the shotgun to get the Riot gun. i wanted to upgrade it to max but it wasn't possible xD maybe next round..
