Do you think any schlub from the floor of a factory can develop a future sighted game plan to sustain a businesses capital flow?

Maybe the CEOs of a company can't do the grunt work, but what they can do is keep a business moving in a way that generates money and keeps the grunts employed.

If you are so intelligent as to perform that task, be intelligent enough to come up means to put yourself in that position.

Banks lend money stored, to private people and businesses alike right? And those loans provide the starting capital for new jobs right?
