i used to have a chow... and he could actually jump. jumped over a six foot fence like it was nothing

when my two chow chows are playing one of them jumps over the other it is cool

@natebedgood same with my old chow. we had to put taller boards against our wall to keep her for jumping in the neighbors backyards.

It has nothing to do with weight. Chows usually weight about 1/2 as much as it looks like they weight. The reason Chows are not good jumpers is because they have "straight" hind legs. Chows also have 44 teeth, like bears, rather than 42 teeth like all other dogs.
