Mad Cranium story

Mad Cranium was founded in 2007 by David Oskarsson and Gusten Wiede. Like any other new rockgroup, they had a lot of ideas and songs. Gigs and recordings were planned and soon a CD was released.
The album was called "kick azz" and received quite bad critic from the global community. David and Gusten decided to get a bass player, Victor Abramsson, which with his pleasant attitude gave the band a big boost. The EP Obsession changed the criticism from the "rock bottom" to "top gun" for Mad Cranium. The band tried different guitarists, but could not find the right member. In the meantime Magnus (Flash) Lindblom jumped in as stand-in guitarist. At the end of 2009, the self-financed album, "It's Not me, 'it's you", was recorded. The album received very good reviews, with songs like Obsession, On and On, Perfect girl and chick trip.
Victor and Magnus split from the group after that and in their place went instead Simon Axelsson, bass, and Daniel J on guitar with the group. February 2010 they recorded the new songs "It's over" and the campaign song for the swedish PirateParty, "Vote4Pirate". A video for 'Vote4pirate" was recorded in spring. In the winter of 2009-2010 Mad Cranium released their first video "On and On". The video made Mad Cranium to reach far beyond Sweden's borders with fans' expectations about gigevents. Keep your eyes open! You never know where Mad Cranium show up next time.
