@monicabrsgooglemail I asked my guitar teacher for some examples of pop records beyond 1990 that aren't shit and he recommended Seal.
It's a shame because pop OUGHT TO BE artistry, yet nowadays it all feels like coke and amphetamine-induced dribble over the same used chord progressions. Seal is a true pop artist, and his record is littered with session greats.

That blond girl is pitiful. She had one of the best seats right next to one of the best entertainers and she looks bored in all of these clips. Poor Seal having to play to someone right there in his line of vision showing no appreciation.
