"Wop = With Out Papers"

As with part 1, this footage was shot during the first hour of the 14 hour hearing of the Prince William Board of Supervisors that began at 2 PM on October 16th, 2007. This video includes community leader Ricardo Juarez returning a stack of flyers sent by Chairman Corey Stewart to all registered voters in Prince William County, asking them to attend the hearing. Stewart is being investigated for election rules violations because the post cards were sent at taxpayers' expense. More from the other 13 hours coming soon.

@Joesexy424 That is what they say, but that is just a myth. Phoenix may be the kidnapping capital of the US, but there is no clear evidence that is the kidnapping capital of the world. If Phoenix was so dangerous, it wouldn't be one of the fasting growing areas in the United States. Phoenix is known for being a prosperous US city, at least before Jan Brewer came around. Where I live there is a larger percentage of people without papers and we have no kidnappings. It's not about the borders.
