I have no doubt that he was born in the US and I have no doubt in his qualifications. He was born in Hawaii, which is the 51st state. He is a US citizen. I'll have dual UK/US citizenship, but that won't make me any less American. No matter what citizenship his father is, he is still American.

No I wouldn't care. If this person was born in the US and if one of his parents were born in the US, he is as much of a citizen as you are. I had a feeling racism was behind this, you proved it. Thank you.

@karreekay He ordered it. I'm kind of surprised you would think he would go do it himself ... Bush as I'm sure you remember said he doesn't care or think about osama anymore sometime in 2006? Good thing Obama decided that was just plain wrong. It must have disheartened all the troops when they heard bush say he doesn't care anymore about osama then take away the funding to search for him. The troops know you can't just let a guy like that go.

or he wouldn't have posted this on the gov site as well as handing copies directly to reporters......well its to shut up people with unreasonable doubts.

why let Col Lankin go to prison for merely asking for THIS VERY FORM?.....because that would be against the us law system of and Reasonable doubt. lakin did not have the have any he did more then ask for the form he dodge deployment. as a veteran i know thats a no-no

@noliesundead Apparently it wasn't sufficient, or he wouldn't have posted this on the gov site as well as handing copies directly to reporters, rather than letting 'factcheck' post a jpeg and otherwise taking no direct responsibility for the validity of the document like he did with the COLB, which by the way was never submitted to any of the court cases either. On top of that, why let Col Lankin go to prison for merely asking for THIS VERY FORM? Dont be a Useful Idiot...

@djpublius why didn't he do so sooner,....he did. the colb is accepted as the prove in all courts of law and is the standard form. as described in Barnett v. Obama.

@noliesundead my tune was always this "Doctor's signature or it Didn't happen". That is why the COLB was worthless to establishing Natural Born Citizen. I am glad he finally released the form that answers these questions. However, why didn't he do so sooner, and more importantly and frustratingly, WHY did the media mock instead of do their job?!  Anyway, that part isn't his fault; so its resolved.
