  • @sonique25 Your welcome Brother Sonique. I truly hope the videos are helpful to you. If you have any questions, I will be more than happy to do my best to answer them. Im not sure how clear my explanations are.

    I do honestly hope to help improve the technical skill, of the modern Black Metal guitar player, as that in turn, will improve the quality of the metal being created. And were in a bit of a lull currently it seems.

  • USBM developed parallel with NBM. Both producing its first 2 generations of musicians from 88-95. Most of those guys had a pretty developed technical skill. Emperor,Immortal,Satyricon, Thorns, Burzum, Enslaved, Darkthrone,Gorgoroth,Judas Iscariot, Demonic Christ ect were all very unique and very skilled. It seems that by the 3rd and 4th generation USBM that fact is lost. They think its not Black metal unless everything is feedback and a chaotic mess lol. And everyone has to sound the same lol
