As what I see even though not refering to the Constitution or human rights. Obviously this type of issue should be an issue of companies policy, local states and individual health/responsibility. So what is the point of the OCHS again?

What is wrong with the states regulating this, as the Constitution requires?
What makes the feds better?
What have they ever done WELL?

This video is a lie. Working condition laws exist on both the state and federal level. Removing the unconstitutional federal law wouldn't change the state laws.

FUCK THAT! Work safety is the responsibility of the individual, not the government! Maybe in the past few years, the American people have forgotten that paying their bills, deciding what to consume, and taking care of their children is THEIR OWN, INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITY! I am voting for Ron Paul. More Freedom. Less Government. Libertarian: like the forefathers intended.

@paco114 Unsavorymen has serious liberty deficiencies.

All of your videos expose you as a collectivist. Not a free-market advocate. Therefore I consider you my enemy or foolish dupe of the left. Which is it?
Besides the fact that I disagree with your biased, incomplete and twisted political loyalties, you do have good skills at video production. Too bad you cannot see the errors of your ways and come over the side of freedom and liberty for the individual. True freedom is not without its problems but it beats your communist style collectivism!

This ad implies that if we get rid of federal regulations, it will be in the business' best interest to create a work environment that will kill of of their employees. Oh, yeah, that's logical... *eyeroll*

Ron Paul is a Constitutionalist... the law of the land... he believes in following it! His point is... get the FEDERAL govmt out of private lives and business as it should be, according to the Constitution. Its a problem to be handled at the State level... not Federal. STUDY the Constitution! Federal intervention, in matters they have no legal jurisdiction to enter into, is the exact reason this country is now going down.

Ron Paul is honest, and intelligent. He represents the citizens. I didnt watch this video, I know u r an ignorant sheep hater, so I won't waste much time. Learn up lil sheep nitpicker, learn up.
We need to consider the possibility that this could be absolute straw man, that Ron Paul simply thinks the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT should have no say in workplace safety. And then it would be up to people to (imagine this!) elect state representatives who share their concern for this issue. Ron Paul does have it right on the two issues that the federal government actually is granted authority for and affect all americans - fiscal sanity at the federal level and noninterventionist foreign policy.

A Congressman who asked and took almost half a billion dollars in spending in just one year for his congressional district alone should not be preaching fiscal sanity to others.
It's like Mark Standford preaching others about "family values"

He addressed this in an interview on Meet The Press. This is because his constituents at least want to see some return on the exorbitant federal taxes that they, and all of us, are forced to pay.
The analogy is extreme; Ron Paul's message is to cut taxes and spending. Makes no sense to tax those who elected you and spend nothing at all.

Yes, half a billion dollars for every Congressmen/women and it will easily top over 200 billion dollars in spending in pork spending.
Actually it topped over 400 dollars this year in Omnibus Spending bill.
When he does it its bringing back tax money and someone else does it it is govt waste according to him.

It's a decent point worthy of some scrutiny. Where exactly did you get the half a billion figure from?

The Congressman who wants govt to get out everything and do nothing is the same guy who requested 8 million $ in govt money in FY 2007 for wild shrimp marketing.
Where in the US Constitution does it say govt should get involved in marketing shrimp ?
