  • who gives a rats ass what a robot like turley claims he thinks

  • MooseOfReason...you are 100% correct when you imply Obama wants a double standard, where only he can disgracefully attach the high court, but he and others believe they shouldn't defend themselves - what a worthless human being.

halcyon0830 - you have the right idea, but the WRONG person...it is Obama that needs replacing.

  • Z200a, The Supreme Court Justices were invited guests and they weren't allowed to say anything while the President blasted them. That's rude, for one. Also, the President, according to Judge Napolitano, was factually wrong, as you can watch here:

  • ah, so you were just being sarcastic in your first response? i can't tell with online speak. or did i change your mind? lol

  • I agree. I really don't see what the big deal is. It's not like Joe Wilson's "You Lie!!!" outburst.

  • Coming to think of it...you, sir have actually a very good argument.

That´s why I like youtube, there are also some intelligent comments out there which make you think and can change your opinion on a subject.

  • If it was out of line for Justice Alito to mouth those words, why wasn't it out of line for the President to call out the Supreme Court like that?

And don't say, "Well, he's the President." They're co-equal branches of government.

  • ok, he should his head and muttered....and? the man is allowed to have a pulse, just saying, he shouldn't be biased or too emotional when making decisions, but he can have a point of view. i don't like the decision either.

  • Obama MUST REPLACE Justice Alito WITH Justice Jonathan Turley.

Ralph Nader / Ron Paul / Jonathan Turley for 2012.

  • @Z200a

I hadn't considered the coverage angle. You're right, it is important that this story gets coverage.
