@TMxoxo i prefer the texture of turkish coffee but greek coffee is just as good tasting..... espresso was amongst the first i had ever drank thanks to my mom (pure italian... born and raised).... cuban coffee was very good as well..... May I ask.... do the coffee grinds stay at the bottom of the pot? or do you get some grinds in your coffee cup? I noticed Greek coffee is not strained or filtered, as we do here in America. It still looks delicious! Can't wait to try it sometime. Greetings from America! Your mother is adorable! :)

@SilverChamp87 As far as I'm aware, the grain of the coffee is what matters, not so much the bean itself. It's generally very finely blended.
Greek coffee and turkish coffee are made the same way ;) and they both tast very very VERY GOOD :D
