  • Also doesn't surprise me my technique would change slightly, even best rowers don't have perfect technique every single stroke, it's like the perfect golf swing, occasionally you get it but most the time it's not exactly perfect. Watch the girl on Concept2s technique video, she has best technique I've ever seen IMHO

  • Glad to hear some one at a gym taught you proper technique, in my personal experience the majority of trainers at gyms don't have a clue about proper rowing technique :-), and it is crucial in order to avoid injuries, and get a better workout

  • @pgjr00 ohh, and I wondered why some people left the handle right back there. I thought it was inconsiderate, but I was obviously wrong. Thanks for pointing that out....I'll know what to do next time!

  • you changed your technique slightly when you said you return your arms first....but excellent video, and I'm pleased as this was exactly how I was taught to do it at my gym.

  • Hey JerMan! You've got two different socks on! Wild Man!

Great video! Now where is your white German Shepherd like Jack Lalane? Ya' gotta' have a doggie sidekick right? Go get a dog Jerry! Vert cool! Great videographer too!

I'm going to go row now! That is Row, Row, Row Your Boat gently down the stream! Merrily, merrily, merrily, merrily life is but a dream! That's all the row I can do since I don't have a rowing machine but you've surely inspired me to look into one! Got any suggestions?

  • Awesome.
