fairplay to the geezer for having a go at it ,but his way way way off the mark in getting his portrait to look realistic. first things first, he has tattooed the portrait upside down so when ever any1 might see it ,its gona look stupid no matter how good it is. numero du, his outlined the whole tattoo is if he was doing ya normal tattoo, big NO NO NO, a good portrait should have little if no outlines in order to make the portrait look realistic. top tip, go get sum drawing tuition
