@ GINA : a mix of canary & finch seeds w greens is the best diet for green singers .

May you tell me please, What is the DIET for a Green Sing Finch ? Thanks in advance.
-
In the second half of the video I hear a bird -not the canary- that sounds something like birds in S. E Asia.
-
This bird has a very nice and varied song. Is this a wild bird ? It seems to have copied songs of other birds in its song.I like the Green Singer better than Canaries. BTW,I still think square cages are better for birds and as always, bigger is better. My cage is almost 3 x 3 x 2 feet and sometimes I feel it's not big enough. Birds are a gift from God.

Thanks for the info on the Alario finch, this is such an interesting-looking bird! As for the black-throat, I think Im going to wait a while to see if the price will go down a little, not sure if that will happen though! LOL

Hi my friend, good day, it is know a hybride is not at all fertile for any gender. my experence d male mozambicus cross with d female yellow eyed will give you a good singer, and a handsome bird. Thank God for the birds.

D Alario has a soft & mellow song, softer than of d grey singer, has rolls, chopping & shrills, did not get one cause it`s song will be drowned by my other birds, it`s a lovely bird to have, it`s a very good mimic, coppies other bird`s song. Did you get a Black -Throat.

Hi poochipoo, this is a great video, your Yellow-eyed Canary has a wonderful song repertoire! BTW Black-throated Canary are available for sale in S'pore once again, I've heard that its song is superb, would you be acquiring one to add to your collection of African Serins?
