It's amazing to think this guy is now playing Miss Trunchbull in Matilda, and is equally amazing and realistic in that as he is here. Bertie Carvel is INCREDIBLE.

@demonicdood The best part is, he's not even supposed to have a Southern accent :P He's a Jewish New Yorker that moves to the South.

i find it sad that the top comments on this song don't understand what they're talking about. i hear no southern accent. and yeah he pushes quite a bit. but its part of the greatness of it. straining and pushing can really put emotion into a song. im sure he could hit those notes without it, but it gives him a powerful, emotional feel. healthy singing isnt always the best. listen to any rock song

freaking brilliant. NO tension in his voice AT all. no pushing, brilliantly connected to his emotion, SUPER healthy singing. well freaking done.
