This is the actual song Joseph's Dream, not Get No Better, which replaced Joseph's Dream on the album Nobody Knows What You Do. Joseph's Dream was intended for the album but one mistake led to another, resulting in Get No Better taking Joseph's Dream's place on the album but the change not being reflected in the printed material that accompanied the album. This version of the song, recorded live at The Walnut Valley Spring Thing, was released in 1976 by Takoma Records (http://www.wirz.de/music/takomfrm.htm - scroll down and you'll find it). Check out the Joseph's Dream impostor, Get No Better, a swell song in it's own right: http://lala.com/zdlZ
The original vinyl album ('Nobody Knows What You Do') came out with "Joseph's Dream" on Side A. When Flying Fish created the compact disc release, it was explained that the master tape used to make the CD had been damaged, so they replaced "Joseph's Dream" with an alt version of "Get No Better". Original version of "Get No Better" is on first LP by Dillard Hartford Dillard. If you can find an old vinyl album, you'll get "Joseph's Dream", but the CD has "Get No Better" no matter what it says.
