Ironcommando MUGEN: Tachi's Beetle

So... Tachi made another char, which is a rhinoceros beetle from the Game "MushiKing".
Good thing it's not as horrendous as his Geno or Mallow, but it sure is CHEAP! Maybe even cheaper then Anpanman or Baikinman, if it had better AI.

Mushiking fights in Rock-Paper-Scissor style: If his attack beats your char's state, you take double the damage!
When your char is standing, your char's state is "Rock".
When your char is crouching, your char's state is "Paper".
And when your char is airborne, your char's state is "Scissors".
So, if he connects with his "Rock" move while you're in mid-air, prepare to take MASSIVE DAMAGE!!!

Unfortunately, Mushiking already has some nasty overpowered damage- his normal damage does 1/10 of your hp (1/20 if blocked), and if his move beats your state, it does 1/5 of your hp (1/10 if blocked).
That and the fact that he has nasty ground unblockables makes him a cheap character.

Fortunately, MushiKing has a weakness that can be exploited...
So I make two battles, one where I exploit it, and the other where I don't.

I think if mushiking would get damage when he loses his R-P-S Game it wouldnt be so overpowered.

I'd say here's how to make him less overpowered...

Win: 150 dmg, block damage 50 instead of 100

Draw: 100 dmg, no block damage

Lose: 50 dmg, no block damage
