The music is "Romani" (meaning Gypsy, not Romanian) and sung in Gypsy language. The only corresponding word with all balkan languages in the song is "hajdi"/"haide" which means "let's go" (arriba!).
The circle dance is typical for most regions in the balkans and south east Europe, also Romania, but the music is Romani Macedonian (FYROM).
It is a nice song though :) i think a remix was featured on a Buddha Bar cd at one point.
