  • The Republicans don't change their strategy... they just keeping fooling Americans with the same type of bull shit ads they've been using for YEARS...

Google Willie Horton to see if I'm lying..

    That's the Republican legacy...

The only thing these assholes are good at doing is using racialized ads like the Britney/Paris one to keep the rich richer and the poor broke...

  • This is what the Republicans do - sling mud and hope it sticks. Lie, distort and deceive.

Off-shore drilling will take a minimum of 10 years before we see one additional drop of oil. Guess who'd own the oil by the way - you and I?

    No, the oil companies would.

Maybe they sell it to U.S. consumers, maybe they don't. It's their oil, not ours. Do you really think this would change the price of gas? Of course not.

    WAKE UP PEOPLE!!!

    We need alternative energy now!

  • @gqmodel818 Democrat or Rep is the same crap they party after they been bs the US.

  • Are you an idiot? he's not trying to force you do inflate your tires. he's educating the people to better take care of their engines and tires to SAVE ON OIL CONSUMPTION. he just stated a FACT of what people SHOULD DO to a people taht wants relief, but need to help relieve themselves.

  • Obama wants to force you to inflate you tires. How does he plan to enforce that????

My guess is that he will use the power of socialism, and set a brain new branch of government and waist even more money to keep this enforced.

  • I didn't express it well. Of course Fox has commentary style programs. My criticism was aimed at their news - and not ALL of it, obviously. Of course they have news. But some of their news is not news, imho.

I agree with you about flipping off those who gave you a thumbs down. I disagreed with you, but I wouldn't negatively rate you. I tried to offset it with a thumbs up, but it won't let me. Pity. Seems total intolerance is a sign of the right AND left these days.

  • "We need to go after McCain on his turf. We need to search him out on youtube..."

Except that... McCain is still figuring out how to do "a Google". I'm sure doing a "YouTube" is far beyond him! :)

  • 'Fox News' is just the name of the channel, isn't it? On that channel they have conservative commentary shows as well as strictly-news programmes. Being called the Fox News channel doesn't mean they're not allowed to have Olbermann-style commentary shows on it.

I'm not a conservative and I've got real news from the Fox News channel many times before so I think you're exaggerating with that last comment.

(Hitchens-style flip-off to those who gave me a thumbs down)

  • Yes, of course Olbermann's show is just as biased as Fox News programs. That's the whole point! Olbermann's show is... well... just that, Olberman's show. Like Hannity's show. It is commentary and doesn't pretend to be anything else. But Fox news is SUPPOSED to be NEWS.

Get it? I hope so - you're the one who said it.

    News. Yeah. My arse.

  • saully1966: "We need to go after McCain on his turf. We need to search him out on youtube and call his "choir" out!"

Amen. Amen! AMEN!! We need to do it with dignity, facts and good humor. We need to cite references. We need to stay on a plane above lies, insinuations, expletives and personal attacks. When confronted calmly with the truth, specious attacks wither quickly.

"I never give them hell. I just tell the truth and they think it's hell." -- Harry Truman

  • I think we are preaching to the choir here! We need to go after McCain on his turf. We need to search him out on youtube and call his "choir" out! It may be time to stop bitching to those who agree with us. Let's take it to them!
