@andreyus08 the most important thing is ball control and balance, which both maradonna and messi had. Maradonna did not have a professional attitude. Hence he wouldn't perfect himself as much as messi, and would never be as good as messi.

@alliencedful But Maradona did not had the physical training of our days, with the training of now, he would be the best player now !
-
@Gioko100 hmm he would still be a legendary player but i think not as good as messi, he just didn't have the speed/professionality to do what messi does.
-
@alliencedful yeah soccer has improved because technique and tactics developed over time but Diego would still be Diego b/c he's a talent and he would develop his skills in modern training same way other players would but would still be better b/c he's a genius. And even without that he would not be less than Messi or Zidane
-
@Gioko100 hell no. defenders nowadays are 10x what they were in those times and messi can still dribble 4 - 5 easy messi, dinho &zidane > maradonna & pele
-
@anaale10 don't respond if its going to be retarded shit like that
-
@alliencedful jajaja, fucking idiot. maradona D10S
-
@anaale10 nope, maradona was slow as shit compared to messi
-
@alliencedful jaja, idiot.
-
@alliencedful dude if maradona played during zidane's or messis's or ronaldinho's career, he would still be better with his original skills. Maradona is a timeless legend in every sense of the word.
the best
