  • not lookin for weight loss but you seem to have good informational videos, subbed.

    a question maybe you'll see it: what do you think of a full body workout every second day with these exercises:

    Deadlift, pullups, military press, 1 day pause. squats, flat bench press, bend over row.

    with 1 isolation exercise on top for bi/tricep each.

    for me personally its enough rest, since im 16.

    what i worry about is that my CNS is getting hurt and im not realizing?

  • Alright there! Have you considered - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some great things about it and my mate got ripped 6 pack abs and lost lots of fat with it.
