@ariann1407 Actually, most of this is mentioned in the credits. The fairies were drawn by ImagiNina, the wings were animated separately.

To make the eyes turn black, we used software called "Mocha" (our version came with After Effects (a.k.a AE)) to track the eyes, then we put that tracking data into AE, created a black solid, and applied the tracking data to that solid.
