Yes, they went out of business over a year ago. Zuffa bought all of the IFL's assets and picked up most of their best fighters.

They made so many improvements for this event, shame they were only a year overdue.

BJJ is an essential component. Many of the most popular fights end with a submission hold. It represents skill, not mindless brawling which anyone can do. Ask any of the super star mma fighters out there, they would tell you the same.
