@72AdK72 Cardio is just warm up... it is not good for muscle devlope ment . Best way is to run in the morning befor you eat anything while your hormons are fresh helps you lose weight. Your diet should be hard meinly protien and carbohydrates. You warm up should be non stop running and jogiing for about as long as you need. Do not take breaks after, because you got to push your body staight to the limit.
is this honestly what got you there in 12 weeks?? i just went through some of the excercises to see what they were like (from phase 1) and i think its going to be a hell of a time, dont get me wrong, but there must have been other factors, cardio? diet? i just would like to know how much this workout was a factor in your transformation ? :P haha
