Spent a lot of time in Ireland and the UK. Love that area — plus, my family's Irish. But there's no way in hell I'm taking advice on how to make a burger from that area of the world. Trust me. it ain't pretty. (And, yes, it's a generalization and I'm okay with that.)

Hmm... lots of people here are berrating this guy for pressing the beef. I mean, I get it. He's letting the juice out. But the meat still seemed pretty juicy at the end of it. Is it so wrong to press on the beef to speed up the cooking process? And as far as I know, the "flip your meat only ONCE" rule is a myth. Meh. I don't think it's criminal to press on the beef :s
